You can still get them on the auction house:tup:. And whats a couple of bucks more for the Lce for more than 25 extra cars. It's well worth it for hardcore players like me. The casual gamer is not going too have this stuff if he doesn't wanna pay that extra buck. I bought the Vip edition of fm3 and i was happy i did so.
My fm4 Lce is already preorderd.

Season Pass confirmed for Forza 4

Your ticket to six game add-on packs at a 30 per cent saving.

Forza Motorsport 4's DLC offering is to be supported by Microsoft's Season Pass (already seen in Gears of War 3), offering six downloadable add-on packs as they are released through the next year.

Starting October 14, players can purchase the Season Pass on Xbox LIVE Marketplace or at participating retailers for 2,400 MS Points. This price represents a 30 pre cent overall saving compared to purchasing the content separately.

The six add-on packs - released from November 2011 to April 2012 - will deliver 60 cars to supplement the Forza experience.

Purchase Season Pass and you'll also receive the American Muscle car pack as an additional bonus.

For the same reason FM3's motorsports classics pack was DLC. To make you buy the game new. But the won't tell you that, of course.

No, you need to buy the LCE. If you pay more, you get more. If you pay less, you get less.
