It's just a mess in Iraq. And that orphanage is just the tip of the iceberg. You can't turn it into a rallying cause for the War when the war is responsible for the deaths of thousands of children.
As the much over used phrase says "War is hell" and this is a part of it.
Corrupt people in all forms of government can cause problems.
