Agree or disagree?
It seems to me the Expert levels of the AMG Mercedes Driving Academy with the SLS AMG on the wet track is far too slippery for simply a wet road. IMO the car handles more like it is on glare ice rather than a wet road sliding out of control like crazy at the slightest input to steering or throttle.

It's probably because they slap on comfort tires for you to deal with. Which to me is a bit ironic since on the dry version you get Racing Hards

I guess it makes you focus even more on throttle control and driving line though.

I mean for the dry the RH make it all too easy while with the wet the tires make it all too hard. They should have just kept sports tires for both in my opinion. Since both have different tires, it makes you all that less prepared to jump from dry to wet.

Even still with comfort tires I think it's still way too slippery. I've driven for years in Canada in all conditions of dry, wet, snow and ice, on all kinds of tires with different cars and I swear this car handles just like it's on ice.

Actually, I found the wet tests much easier than the dry ones even with the tire switch and the squirreliness of the car on the wet track.

The track has 100% surface water IIRC.

Had the car been equipped with slicks or even sport tyres it would have been even worse to control at the limit (the required speed for gold time being much higher).

Also, having driven various cars fast in similar conditions (standing water) I'd say the experience is quite realistic.
The SLS has monster torque and power combined with very wide tyres!

And after all this is supposed to be an expert challenge.

I would say it's very realistic grip. In real life the AMG truly cannot hold the road when going all out. It slips and slides all over the place.
