Yes but who are using the cosworth engine to greater effect Jaguar or Arrows.
I mean if they aint racing they wont blow the thing up unlike Jaguar

I tried to negotiate with Walkinshaw about the Arrows, but he said he wanted two Prost cars and a couple of old Hart engines for a single A23.

Man, he drives a hard bargain.

Well, the word is they aren't going to run at Belgium, either.

The story on why they're not running has finally come out (and working in Credit Analysis I should have picked this up myself) - because they're effectively insolvent, they musn't pay Cosworth, as this would be seen as favouring one creditor over another - and that's a big no no in their circumstances.
