An error has occurred

I've been met by this screen two times now, both while exiting in-game menus, using the O-button on the DS4. After this screen is showing, the game crashes, and exits to the XMB menu. Has anyone experienced this as well? My game is obviously fully updated, and I have the European standard plus version.

One crash to dash for me so far, better than the demo I guess Just make sure to report them, that way data can be gathered and whatever is causing it found...

Just happened to me as I was closing out final lap GR1 at the ring, not sure why.
