Another deleted track?

I've been analyzing the Gran Turismo PSP intro from a while now with consideration it's a secret GT5 trailer, but all that aside, what track is this?? It appears at 1:07.

The closest I can assume is Opera Paris, but it looks like the old Rome track?
I apologize if this has been discussed, I didn't search to heavily on it.

I think he may be talking about the picture at the top of the page that is what the whole topic is about.

To be honest those Standard cars don't look so bad on the picture.
And Opera looks pretty HQ too...
