Another G25 thread.

Sorry if this is a pointless thread i just have a couple of questions.
I have just purchased a G25 to upgrade from my dfgt . My main worry is how i will mount the new wheel for optimum enjoyment. I used the dfgt on an ironing board which may sound daft it was actually excellent height adjustable. and could be used with any chair.

For the g25 will it be better to have the gearstick lower and closer than the wheel? Will it matter? Has any one used the wheel and gears on a single level if so what was it like?

Also does anybody have cheap ideas (like the ironing board) that work with a g25?

I'd suggest at least a little wood frame, the FFB is pretty tough on the wheel..it will make the experience so much better.
