It would be really nice if we could directly give you guys suggestions anytime, be able to report bugs, and give feedback and have a possible response.

GT Planet is the largest GT community there is so PD has the best resource for feedback they could hope for.

Not to mention the obvious, it would very quickly get overloaded/abused. Thousands of complaining, questioning, ranting and threatening e-mails.

This is probably why some other companies don't do this sort of thing.
