Any info on the "Test Connection Strength" feature

I'm talking about the one in Sport Mode. Test Network Environment it might be called.

Does anybody know what the mysterious 'Parameters' 1-5 are? My ping is always decent, but I tend to fall short on Parameter 1 & 2 and recently saw a serious drop in number 2 (although the game told me the connection was good).
