Any reason to get a driver to 40?

I have driver's who's experience/career bar is full, giving me the "Air of Experience" trophy.
I reach level 40 overall, giving me the "Expert Manager" trophy.
I plan to run the 24 hours Ring race.
My highest driver is currently level 39. If the Ring race doesn't put him to level 40, is there any reason to keep running him in additional races until he gets there? Is there a trophy, car, or any other reward for getting an individual driver to level 40?

I don't believe there is anything for hitting 40 with a driver - only your B-Spec level. If there is, I'll be next in line to top my guys off, though (they're currently all at 38). Otherwise, I'm done with the Bob Brigade.

There's a trophy for lvl 30, I don't think there's one for 40.

Wrong. That trophy is for level 40 of overall B-Spec. We are talking about an individual driver's level.
