Anybody Good With the G25 Shifter Innards?

Tried doing the realistic resistance mod in it. Wasn't able to work it out well, but I noticed when I reassembled the shifter, the sequential wasn't registering and the little springs that push the shifter back into place after a shift had fallen out, but I can't pinpoint where to put them back. Also, help with that shifter mod would be nice if you could. Thanks in advance.

Just curious did you post it in Logitech forums to see if they can help you out other than GTPlanet ?. My G25 is on it's way and i am hoping to be perfect :--)
