I'm going with my brother, he gets to drive a new Nissan to the show, and I can go with him. I think I get in for free too.

I don't know what day I'm going, but will let you know as soon as I do. Is anyone going to be there?

you sure you want to go out here for an International auto show? There has to be one near you sometime.

Alright, here you go:
St.Louis Auto Show
Jan 30-feb 3

Tickets:
$8 for adult
$5 for 6-12 yr olds
6 and under is free

And this is in the America's Center and Dome.

I'm going sunday, the last day of the show.

Driving long distances doesn't bother me, I like it :D (spring break I'm driving to FL and back. this summer I'm going to OR-south Cali. and back) But that's a bit too soon. If I'm lucky, my tranny will go in this weekend. (wish it were, I'm off till feb. 6th) Thanks for the info tho..

Well, I'm going to go on Saturday now....my brother has to drive the cars back to the dealership, and I wouldn't be able to walk around, so I'm going with my dad. He gets free tickets, and usually, all of the goodies at the car show are gone on the last day, so I will be able to get all the Mazda junk I want(I love getting all the brochuers and stuff, it's free so hey ;) ).

Mason-sounds like you really like long distences...

yup, long distances rock :) Just give me my MX, gas money and a little bit for food, hehehe. I go to college in KY, about 6 hours away from home, (WV). If I can find weekends without homework, I'll many times drive home and back, about a 700 mile round trip, just for the drive and a few hours at home. This whole tranny thing has been killing me!! (but it's aight now, I got some refunds and am now sitting on about $1500, 500 of which are going to be devoted to the tranny and the rest is Mazda money to play with :D ) HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :spin: :P   :D

St. Charles, I'll be the one trying to drive off in the new Z.

Hey, that's not far from me. I live off of 270. I always go to the Popeye's off of Zumbehl(SP?)

And I'll be driving off in the RX-8, or 6, which ever one is closer to the door. ;) :D

I was there today. The Z wasn't going to be there till tomorrow. I was pretty dissapointed. Some cool cars though. Got to sit and row the gears in many cars I will never drive, so all in all, it was worth the $8.00.

Hey Mazkid, you know where SIUE is? That's where I'm at. I wish I would have known about this show. I went last year and it was great. I've been looking for the dates, just missed it I guess.  Oh well

SIUE...sounds familiar.....not sure where it is.

Yea, last year was great, this year it seemed like it was just a display, not many interesting stuff.

Edwardsville. Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville is what he is talking 'bout. And SN95NIK, you didn't really miss much. At least nothing you can't see at a dealership. Unfortunately we don't get a show like Chicago, or any other big city where they'll have exotic cars like the Lotus and Ferrari.
