There's two tunes on this tuning-wiki site, the second one is the one I use and it's pretty good, I'm running stock HP, full-custom suspension tuned to his numbers.

Well I've only tried the second one, so I can't really help too much with that! Try 'em both out and see which one tickles your fancy!
