Anyone listen to tunes when racing?

Just wondering if anyone listens to tunes while racing. Aggressive stuff, or relaxing (for concentration).

I do. Depends on the mood I'm in. Sometimes it's a rock mix, sometimes a drum n bass or electronica mix, or if I'm just doing liveries and chill stuff I'll put on some easy stuff.

I disable the music if I'm playing real seriously, so I always race with it off in Gran Turismo Sport. I did race with it on for the campaign, though. On the other hand, I usually have it on for something like a Need for Speed game.

I'm still getting my wheels broken in, so I haven't had tunes on yet to distract me. But I do listen to music with basically everything else i do.

I was curious to see if agressive music made anyone more agressive when racing.

I do listen to a mix tape of music when playing TDU platinum, but not during others. I guess it's the more-relaxed nature of TDU that makes me hanker for music while pootling around.

As for the music itself, it's mostly "core" stuff - metalcore, rapcore, deathcore, trap metal, etc. Funny how a laid-back driving game makes me want to listen to heavy stuff...

Depends on what game really, wreckfest is great with some thrashing guitars a bit of Nirvana really makes me more aggressive, but if its concentration for a sim DNB is my go to...

This is my favourite track for getting heavy footed on the accelerator...
