Can you photo edit( Manipulate Photos ) in this program. I really want to try it, but i dont have photoshop. It's to expensive and to big. My pc is really old, i think maybve 7 years old. haha.

is there a program that will besdies photoshop and compatable with Windows 98. Everytime i upload pictures on my xanga website it just shows an"x" on the picture. and the picture is not shown. how do you fix that problem?
