You have to think at some point they will add higher payout events just like GT6 because at the current payout rate those cars are almost unattainable if you don't cheat or win them. But something tells me that that will be awhile and only a select few of hard core players will get to enjoy those cars for now.

yeh I kept my fingers crossed lol, not even in the shadows.

I've just started the porche cup 30 laps of suzuka against ai (paused for tea and smoke break), its been fun so far and I think its gonna pay 450k, can probably only find time for once a day though.

EDIT : What a wind up :banghead: I came out of the pits and the game crashed. Just re did it but didn't keep the car stock this time. It took the fun out of it, but I completed.
Not sure I'm going to bother doing it again though.

I need a GTS shark card.:grumpy:

I have a lot of cars saved up to sell and still near 20 million after buying the others. I won't have time to fire up psvr until tonight, yet excited to try out these new cars.

Bluemoon bay is the best place to get money. Premium sports lounge, N300 KTM XBow, 12 minutes, 375k per clean race.
Lago Maggiore can be won with the Toyota 2000GT '67 at N200 for 405K, takes 22 minutes and is a bigger challenge
Porsche Endurance can get you 756K for a clean race at a N400 tune. It's hard to stay all clean for the 1 hour and 7 minutes that it takes. Took me 4 attempts to get the clean bonus at N400 tune.

Edit: Damn 600k back for a brand new 2 million dollar Cobra. That's a bad deal. I got the Jaguar yet only got back up to 12.2 million after selling my stash of cars. It also cost 77k mileage points to fully upgrade the Jaguar. Back to racing on Blue moon for the Ferrari.

niceone @Sven Jurgens have you already got the 20 million 330 P4?
I'm back to about 7million so I will need to choose wisely when I get my first 20 million.

EDIT: oh just read your edit above, :(

^^ Yeh I went with the 330 1st, been having a blast with it in VR around nurburg 24hr

All of this is making me want PSVR. Is it worth the money, or too limited at the moment with what you can do with it?

I believe you can only do a race against one other opponent but there are other games that make it worth it. Resident Evil 7 is a great game for VR since it's in first person and about sneaking and hiding around a horror house.

It is well worth it, especially if it's still in January sale at £250 for psvr, camera, and move controllers.

I would buy it again at full price it is that good IMO.

The feeling of hooning around it unobtanium cars is priceless.

Edit : Dirt Rally is great as well, bit intense though after the sedate drive in GTS :D

I have Resident Evil, I only walked around the house and got the crows in the face on that dead carcass and thought 'why am I doing this to myself'. I like horror movies, but not the feeling of being in one.

There are plenty good games to keep you busy with PSVR, never having to go outside VR again. However GTS is very limited. One opponent that doesn't actually race and limited to a few laps per go. No time trial, no ghost, just tour mode.

Before GTS I played mostly in VR since October 2017. Only Zelda, Mario and HZD got me away, and now GTS. I've played over 60 psvr games since release (most are pretty short) If only you could do sport races in psvr!

I played driveclub in vr and it didn’t sit well with my stomach. What’s GT sport like for motion sickness? I’ve heard assetto Corsa handles it really well but that’s obviously only on the pc.

If you have ever had motion sickness in a car or boat, then chances are it will take up to a couple of weeks of short game sessions to train your brain.
If you can read a book as a passenger in a car without feeling ill, then there is a good chance you will be OK from the off.

All VR games where I was moving made me woozy initially, even going down in the shark cage in VR Worlds demo made me woozy lol, it took me a couple of weeks to be able to do donuts and J turns without worrying at all.

The problem isn't with frame rates or the game, its with your brain thinking you are moving when your inner ear knows you aren't moving.

I’ve never suffered from travel sickness of any sorts before so assumed I’d be ok. It was only one corner on drive club that I found gut churning. As it is just the most immersive experience ever when it comes to gaming I hope I can get used to it

GT Sport is more gentle (although starting with the slowest class in DC should be easier on the stomach as well)

A racing game is probably not the best way to start getting used to VR. It can take several weeks to adjust to not moving while your eyes tell your brain you are moving. Stationary games first, then slow movement and always look where you are going at first. The worst is looking one way while you're moving another in game. Yet you also get used to that after a while.

The only thing I still had trouble with was exploring a half sunken boat in Skyrim, everything slanted 30 degrees to one side. My brain did not like that. Bouncing and tumbling around in Dirt Rally, no problem, floor 30 degrees tilted, not good. Might get better after getting used to that, yet be prepared that different scenarios can still cause motion sickness initially.
