The Anziel Nova was meant to be New Zealand's first domestically produced car. A prototype of the fibre-glass bodied car was unveiled in September 1967, however never reached production. It used a 1198cc, 1.2 Litre 4 cylinder Ford Cortina Engine, connected to a 4 Speed manual Transmission.

0-100 km/h Time = 18.9 secs
Top Speed = 128 km/h

Note the small variation of the bumper on the model bellow as it is an Otosan Anadol A1 MK1, this picture is shown to you in reference as there is only 1 Anziel Nova in existence.

A Little bit of history:

The Otosan Anadol A1 Mk1, code named FW5 by Reliant which developed the prototype upon Anadol's request, went into production on 19 December 1966. The styling of the A1 was by Tom Karen of Ogle Design. In 1967 a New Zealand entrepreneur, Alan Gibbs, announced that he intended to also produce the car in his country as the Anziel Nova. This project never proceeded beyond the initial announcement and prototype.

The cars are very similar so two cars can be produced from the one copy, similar to the Subaru Brz to the Toyota 86. Both cars are made from the same materials and parts the only differences are the bumpers, triming and badges.

Only voted since its an NZ car. But if they are hard to get hold of, chances are it won't be in GT. :(
