are my settings ok for a good overall performance?

As would the track you want to use them on and your driving style.

But basically, yeah, they're fantastic.
 
my style is more aimed at handling, racing lines and cornering speed, not so much total power, the cars an Evo 8 MR, the tracks the midfield raceway, but would they work on any track?
 
If you drive it like that and you feel its how you can drive your best I don't see why not. But from the looks of it, I can see how certain aspects of your suspension are just counter-acting eachother. Some settings leaning towards high grip/understeer, others leading towards getting the rear end loose/oversteer.
 
It boils down to your driving style. Those settings may work for you, but not for someone else and vice versa. It is nearly impossible for us to suggest what might be good settings in light of that.
