Are you clean or dirty!

I mean to stay on the track but I mess up and turn in to early sometimes but still have 2 wheels on the track,
As for other players i'll turn and drive into a wall and mess up my race over hitting someone else, But very often someone pulls back onto the track at 5mph 10 feet in front of me going 150mph that's when i drive into them to hopefully teach them how to rejoin the track,
I always wonder if they pull out of a side turning onto a main road in real life without looking.

It all depends on what I'm doing. I'm typically a highly aggressive driver offline or when playing with friends as they all know it's in good fun. Although when racing with random people, I try to keep it clean as best I can! I don't cut corners unless I have no room anywhere on the track, though.

Try to keep it clean. As a lot of people I've raced with will tell you, I'm highly aggressive. Especially on braking points. If someone's ahead of me, I tend to get into overdrive. I somehow still manage to keep it on the track, but sometimes I screw up and tap someone, or cause someone else to tap me and spin.

I don't cut and try not to trade paint against the AI, but I'm aggressive in the shorter races. I don't race online much, but I'm more conservative against humans.

I'm usually pretty clean as I don't want my car to get scratched up... I usually tend to start a race two or three times if the AI is messing me up. I just can't dodge them sometimes, when they're going into a corner with three cars side by side and suddenly brake hard at the apex. Or when I'm setting up a nice pass, following them closely when they suddenly brake check me on a straight.

After two or three tries, I'm usually pissed enough to just grind my way to the top, no holds barred.

I usually race as clean and tidy as possible ('realistic' - how i'd race if for real, but perhaps with less sideways action ;)).

But if i'm bored in a race for whatever reason i usually muck around by doing donuts, ramming AI into walls/spinning them out etc for fun, extreme (and unnecessary) corner cutting/taking the long way round, 'attack of the cones' (except i attack them, at speed) and my ever popular past time (which i try semi-hard not to do while racing) is throwing the car sideways around every corner. In every car game.

Sideways is too much fun. :(

Trying to stay as clean as possible, however I find it hard to make a lap without penalty. AI is doing some crazy stuff I can't really see in advance so I usually finish wiht some damage at the end of the race.

I'm probably considered both.

I do my best to keep it clean and stay off of people's bumpers so as not to run into them in the braking zones and what-not but I'm also fairly fast and can be aggressive when needed. If you blow a line in a corner in front of me rest assured I'm going to fill the vacancy you left there. This can lead to a few incidents when people go to get back on their lines and find my car in the way.

Online I try to stay clean, but if the person in front of me is a lot slower or can't drive at all I can get quite agressive.
Offline I don't really care.

I race in the game like I race in real life... Clean. If you cut corners, or do anything dirty in real life you will be flagged off the track. 👍

I can understand a little bumping here and there in the game. Thats understandable but I always appologize and maintain as clean of a lap as possible. If I do spin someone out in the game and I know its my fault, I usually just pull over and let them pass.

Im a clean racer online, mainly because I drift 95% of the time spent online.

Offline I try to be as clean as possible, but with the AI being a handful at times, I can get a bit dirty if needed :sly:

Against AI, I will do anything to win. In the short online sessions I had last night though, I attempted to drive clean but trolls decided otherwise.

Depends, if I want some quick credits to buy get a car or a part, then ill do anything to win. But if am on free play and split-screen, racing for action and fun, I don't like getting my car scratched or bumped.

I clip corners all the time, you can't really cut them since going off the track puts you in some sort of ground goo that traps your car. I see no huge problem with clipping them for the best time and probably 98% of the time two tires are still on the tarmac.

As for trading paint? I don't purposely hit anyone but in close racing it's going to happen and spinouts are going to occur. I will block people from passing and try to cut in on them in corners but I do my best to avoid unnecessary contact. I hate when people get all bent out of shape when their digital car gets wrecked, if you just restart the race you are good to go.

I do hate it when people are out to purposely cause problems though by driving the wrong way around the track or just out to cause accidents. That makes online play annoying and not really all that much fun, however boring racing where everyone is afraid to make an aggressive move is just as boring.

Now with real cars I would race completely different since aggressive driving can get you hurt or get your car totaled.
