Safety Car Procedure.
Drivers must type "HD" (Heavy Damage) when they get 2 or more points of damage or have recieved
engine damage, eg. (front aero and right suspension). or, if a driver is involved in a collision where both drivers
leave the circuit, they must type "HC" (Heavy Collision).
The race director will then view the incident in a replay via spectator mode, if the incident warrants a safety
car, the race director will type "SC, Pits Closed." THERE WILL BE NO OVERTAKING DURING THIS PERIOD.
the safety car will come out of the pits as the driverin last passes the pit exit, the safety car driver
will then wait for the leader as it drives the circuit at a speed of 25-40 Mph (40-64 Kph).
once the queue has formed behind the AMG Safety Car, the safety car will lap the track at a decent pace,
braking and acceleration should be gentle and conservative during this time, we recommend keeping a 0.7 to
1 second gap to the car ahead, to avoid accidents behind the safety car. Once the race director sees fit,
the pits will be opened, the race director will type "Pits Open".
once the race director decides to bring the SC in, they will type "SC in this lap". the safety car will
stop leading the pack at the start of the final sector, and return to the pits. the race leader will then
lead the pack at a limit of 62 Mph (99 Kph). the race leader will decide when the race goes green again,
the earliest they can restart the race is once they have passed the pit entry, they must restart the race
before the finish line.

Penalty System
Drivers will be met with post race time penalties decided by review
the stewards, incidents that happen mid race, such as collisions,
can be reported to the stewards or moderators post race via
private message on GTP, PSN or Discord. note that incidents may still be
investigated even if a report is not given. the stewards
PSN usernames can be found at the top of the thread.
The severity of the penalty may change depending on
the case.
Repeated corner cutting will result in a 5/10 second
post race time penalty, whether a in-game penalty
is given or not, if a player receives 4 or more
in-game track limit penalties, their race will be
assessed for corner cutting and track limit abuse.
Re-joining the circuit in a dangerous manner will result in a 10 second post race time penalty.
crossing the pit entry line on entrance to the pit lane will result in a 5 second post race time penalty.
crossing the pit exit line on exit of the pit lane will result in a 5 second post race time penalty.
causing an avoidable collision will result in a 15 second post race time penalty.
causing a deliberate collision will result in a 30 second post race time penalty and a race ban,
if someone repeatedly breaks this rule, they will be given a championship ban.
overtaking under safety car conditions will result in a 5 second post race time penalty, drivers will be
warned by the race director to return to their correct position, if they do not comply after the warning,
they will be kicked from the lobby.
passing unaffected cars under yellow flags will result in a 10 second post race time penalty.
blocking cars under blue flags will result in a 15 second post race time penalty.
Leaving a car no racing room (1 car's width) when alongside will result in a 5 second post race time penalty, penalty may change depending on the severity of the incident.
All drivers must use two different tire compounds during the race Eg. Racing Soft to Racing
Medium, failing to do this will result in a race disqualification.
This is a shortlist of penalties you may receive. Do not be surprised if you are penalised for incidents.that are not listed.
Some rules have been borrowed from DRL.
