As an EU citizen, I should have a right to have my account/data deleted

Under GDPR, European citizens have a right to request that all data attached to them be deleted by the organisations holding said data. As far as I can tell, I cannot find a means by which to do so with my Gran Turismo 7 profile, which remains online even after I've deleted the game and its save data from my console.

Can anybody direct me to where I might speak with GT7 customer support to raise this issue of non-compliance?

Thank you

This isn't correct. It's only personal data attached to a person that's able to be identified by their data and it's data held by the same organisation. I'd venture that you're identifiable by data they've collected as part of your PSN account, not by Gran Turismo. Your GT7 profile is effectively pseudonymised (unless you've put personal information in the public domain yourself, which is probably on you, not them).

With that in mind, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd only entertain the idea if you were ditching your PSN account, rather than just a game profile, and even then, that's assuming the data is all held by the same organisation.

Curious to know how this pans out, but I'd wager they won't do it.
