That was the reason to buy assetto corsa including all dream packs. Just got a graphic card allowing me to play pc sim and i`m stunned by it.
The only thing I found very confusing in Asseto Corsa is. Where can I turn off driving aids? Found nothing in the settings?!
in the page just before you launch it should have a box at the bottom below the car preview and track, in that box it should show an option where you can choose between full assists, factory assists or to turn them off.

Thanks I`ll try that later at home!

Also once on track in the car move your mouse to the far right of the screen. There is a whole list of tabs with a lot of useful stuff. Click on one it will appear on the screen and then can move them around the screen.

When you're on this screen, up the left side beside where it says "session" you'll see a little clock and a graph. That's where you change aids, weather, time of day etc.

There is also this, a list of keyboard commands you can use while on track:

Good luck and I hope you enjoy it:gtpflag::cheers:
Thanks guys. I knew you`d help me out on this. Im a little curious to have access to these "real" sims now that I have left the ps3/gt6 path andbuilt a nice pc therefore.

There are a lot of settings and they are scattered around so I'd suggest you take a thorough look at all the different menus before hopping into the game. You can also set up different wheel layouts if you want for heel and toe, paddles, ABS on/off etc. and it's worthwhile to do so. There's an app called the FFB Clipping App you should also download from the AC Forum that'll help you set up your wheel to avoid clipping.
