Assetto Corsa stutter delay issue

I would like to ask if you are aware if a similar strange issue. I play Assetto on windows 11, with reshade. If I start a session with the app sidecick loaded up on screen when I disable/enable the reshade effects the command works instantly from the very start of a gaming session, as well as when I activate the free camera it instantly registers my commands. If I don't load up the same app on screen in a session, or I uninstall the app completely, when I do the same commands in a session, there are some delays. For example if I activate the free camera and i move it forward while keeping the key pressed, when I release it the game still moves the camera like it's still receiving the command, stopping after a while. I cannot understand what makes this happen, on windows 10 this was not happening, unless there is a setting into CSP and Content Manager that is responsible for this to happen but I don't know what it could be. Let ne know if the explanation is clear enough to help me troubleshooting
