at what level does b-spec bob get good?

at what level does b-spec bob stop crashing into walls etc all the time? i have only just started playing b-spec and i am level 2 at the moment, i guide him round the track so that he always stays right inbetween blue and red but he still sucks

mine is 31 now, and still pretty tragic.
With a FGT I do 4-5 seconds faster than him around the Indy, and that's just to much...

Well maybe it has to do with his personality? My Bob is really hot-tempered
