Auckland meet-up @ Armageddon, Labour Weekend 2011

Hai gaise!
Last year, Louie_Shumii suggested that the Aucklanders of GTP should have a meet up somewhere (as long as it's in the Auckland region ) and he suggested the Armageddon Expo during Labour Weekend. I only saw two or three other GTP'ers there though . I'm thinking we all meet up there Saturday or Sunday at a certain time and place there? It could even just be for 10 minutes if you're going with some other guys, or you don't wanna spend the whole day with geeks from an internet forum . There's various gaming booths like MW3, BF3, Skyrim, Uncharted 3 (you'll see me on that) and you could have a go at Forza 4 if you're not too much of a GT Fanboy . If you're keen just drop a post here 👍

Yeah man keen. As long as you're absolutely sure Forza 4 is there haha.

I've got 3 exams in the 4 days it's on but should be able to go on Saturday after my statistics exam (so probably after 12).

10-11 seems a bit early, and seeing as Louie can't get there before 12, maybe 12-1? I'd also like to just check out the place, play a bit of skyrim too so yeah, I vote 12-1.

I'd be forced to do a bit of study in the morning (AS Stats on the Monday after ), so after 12 would be a bit easier 👍

Hi Daniel, got your MSG. No i don't live in Auckland but am interested in checking this show out one year, but not this year. I'v been overseas since before GT5 was released, my collectors edition still sits at a mates place un-oped and the rest of my gear sits in my wardrobe (probably raided by some of my friends by now tho!). So yeah i haven't even played GT5 yet! hahah
Once im back in NZ after the new years we should get some race's going tho, ill be in touch then. Have a good one guys!

Will probably get there around 1-ish. Naturally some people from the university will come along and I've got a lady friend who's gonna have an accessories stall there so make sure you check her stand out!
