Auction house: less than a minute?

When a car in the auction house is "less than a minute" away, does it change back to "1 minute", when a new bidder bids on the car?

I wonder how it works, as almost every auction changes back to a minute, when bids are being made, so the deadline isn't really a deadline ainnit?

Ya, once someone bids it goes back to 1 minute to keep it going.
