Can anyone recommend a link to a tune for the Audi R8 LMS Team Playstation?

Having a lot of fun with this car but looking for improvements to existing tune and despite searching, none of the major tuning crews have turned out a tune for this car as yet.

Currently using the below which was the only tune I found here for this vehicle:

Tuned with Racing Softs, DFGT wheel. TCS0, no ASM, no SFR, no driving lines, ABS1

6:31 At the ring so far (10 laps). Car can go better I am sure of that.

Aero: 35/62
Transmission: 211mph
LSD: 18/30/7
Ride Height: -10/0
Spring: 12.3/12.8
Shock settings: 5/5 5/5
Rollbars: 4/3
Camber: 0/0
Toe: 0/+.15
Brakes: 5/4

Top end stays around 205 mph max and not much torque from 175 mph upwards so not great for tracks with long straights such as Nur or Sarthe.

However, great on twisty courses and excels over other cars when exiting corners.

Any recommendations very welcome

Thks

Interesting, I was going to post something similar today as well, so I'll just pop it in this thread to keep the ball rolling.

I managed to score this car in trade the other day and was a little disappointed in it's performance out of the box. Tried to run the 'Like the Wind' oval out of the box with just a tweak to the tranny and racing softs. It failed...

I proceeded to tune the car for the oval & managed to beat it by 0.010 seconds with this tune:

--
Aero: 30/55
Transmission: 360 kph
LSD: 18/48/14
Ride Height: -25/-20
Spring: 12.5/11.5
Shock settings: 5/6 5/6
Rollbars: 4/5
Camber: 2/1
Toe: 0.25/0.00
Brakes: 4/5
--

I was happy to beat the oval in Like the Wind, and managed to get that trophy for winning by such a small margin... but I'm sure the car can do better.

It corners like a dream, but totally looses it's gusto in the straights.

Managed a decent time on Deep Forest with this tune as well actually. Pulled off a 1:07.699, albeit there aren't many straights on that track.

Any feedback/suggestions from either the OP or somebody else would be appreciated.

For some reason this car doesn't handle as well in GT5 than it did in GT PSP.

I will try this tune and try to report back.

Many thanks UncleAwful and Counter.

I will try out the tune tomorrow eve and get back to you.

Cool, thanks.

BTW - did you ever try out the Indy Oval on the 'Like the Wind' challenge with your tune? I'd be curious how it did. I'll have to give your tune a shot as well.

I like to do an initial tuning set-up on that track to get the speed and some minor handling of the car down first. It's also nice as you make some cash while making tuning adjustments.

Then I'll move onto a race with a more intricate track... again, something I can also win some credits on so I can kill two birds with one stone.

I'm also more interested in multi-purpose tunes, so I don't have to spend so much time tuning & spend more time actually racing.

Awful

Hopefully will find the 4 hours to win this car this weekend.

Your setup looks pretty sound Quiinten.

Will let you know how it goes.

Felt very nice over all. I drove it on Cape Ring to see how it flew over the hill then Nurburgring.

I started with TCS at 3 and found I had to bump it up to 5.

I found the top speed to be out of reach by a fair amount and dropped it to 330 kph for the Nurburgring straight.

I ended up dropping the initial torque to 10, seemed to help the turn in. Maybe my driving preference?

Ended up pulling a 6:33:300 on Nurburgring Nordschleife.

Thanks Quiinten 👍
