Just won with this tune by 5 seconds. 2 penalties and went off course twice.

My strategy:
Start on Racing Soft tires. Race hard until lap 3 take lap 3 easy as it will be raining. Then coming into lap 4 pit and switch to Intermediate tires and get maximum fuel. Try to take it easy when the sun comes back out because your going to need the tires through lap 7. On lap 7 coming into lap 8 pit again and switch back to racing soft and get 30 liters of fuel to be safe. Be careful as parts of the...
