Ok, I have a simple 5.1 surround system. It is hooked up to my PS3&4 via the TV output.
I have my PC audio directly run to the system, I use the same TV for my monitor. I don't have to disconnect anything, everything is somewhat tied to each other.

As for my network I have a Cable modem hooked up to 2 routers. 1 for entertainment(PC PS3&4, 4th slot is for the other router, for my security system.

The problem is I get a feedback sound, it almost sounds like morse code. Beep Beep beeeeeeeeep b-b-b-beeep. I happens almost every 5 to 10 minutes. All day, all night. My main problem is it's in my bedroom and the sound gets annoying at night. I know someone will say move it to another room, I don't have that luxury.

It's always done this since I hooked it up, but it has become more frequent and longer duration's of beeping. I asked a friend, the only idea he had is someone is piggy baking off my Wi-Fi. Could it be the security system?

I really have no idea and I'm about ready to shoot it in the middle of the night. Please help me!

If it's like a hum, it's most likely a ground loop. But you say beep-beep, is it like when you put a cellphone next to a speaker? If there's a cellphone in your room, put it elsewhere or turn it off to see if it goes away. Just keep disconnecting/turning off devices until it's gone.

Look up 'ground loop', it could be that. It could be interference from the wifi gear, bad decoupling caps in the amp, crosstalk, audio cables picking up a dirty chassis earth... Sadly there's loads of things it could be.

But I don't understand, is the amp left on at night or something? Also what channel is it on when this happens, or does it happen in all channels? If so, I'd expect it to be bad decoupling which would mean there's poor isolation between the audio electronics and other electronics, which is why it might sound rhythmic and beep-like. My old PC's on-board audio had terrible decoupling and I could actually hear the hard drives spin up as weird sounds coming through my headphones.

It happens with everything off. Only thing I can't turn off is the security system. It's kinda like a tablet and it uses Wi-Fi. And turning everything off, didn't really make a difference. But it seems like cell phone interference. I guess I'm going to have to get used to it.

@ryzno I've just realised you never specifically said the sound is coming through the speakers, is it? Some switched mode power supplies (almost all power supplies are SMPS these days) make high pitched whistling sounds under load so I wonder if something could be doing something every 5-10 minutes that's putting the SMPS under varying load that makes it sound like beeping.

It just happened as I read this, it is coming through all the speakers even the sub. It lasted for about 10 seconds. It doesn't sound like the normal humming feedback, it sounds like Morse code.
Everything is off but my TV.
It also happens when everything thing is on.

Everything shares the same power source. Also my TV is using antenna if that matters.
Everything is within 10sq.ft. in my desk.

The more I pay attention to it, it sounds like @NLxAROSA description of a phone. Just looked at my router and it says 9 devices are connected. I probably over exaggerated about every 5 minutes but it happens atleast twice an hour.

Edit: I just turned off everything and disconnected the wifi on all devices my router says 3 devices are still connected.
I'm going to sit and watch my WiFi light and see if his stuff is causing this.

Sounds to me that you're picking up some sort of interference, possibly from a crappy powerline going to one of your appliances.

It may be a shot in the dark but is your fridge running during this noise?
Noise from the Fridge compressor feeding back through the power lines?
