Homicide detectives have charged a third man in relation to the death of 22-year-old David Cassai on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.
Mr Cassai died in hospital after an attack at Rye on New Year's Eve.
He was allegedly struck during an unprovoked attack, before falling and hitting his head on the ground.
A 21-year-old West Australian man has been charged with affray and two counts of intentionally causing injury.
He has been bailed to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates court next month.
Two men have already faced court over the attack.
