Automatic driver change at pit-stop

I have recently thrown myself into B-Spec racing and loving it but wanted to know how people manage the endurance races (apart from cheating and throwing bob into a x2010).

Is there a way in which I can do any of the following:

Set a race strategy so the car pits every 15 laps or 45 mins?

Set a strategy so that when the car pits the driver changes for the next one automatically?

Your allowed to set stamina level to trigger a pit stop but you only need it if you are in a multi driver event.
The crew chief will then tell him to pit when a driver hits that level.
The crew chief will also Pit the driver when tires or fuel could have negative results on your lap times.
Tires lose time per lap even when not fully worn out.

The event rules will decide How many drivers you are allowed per event
If you are only allowed 1, you can only select 1
If you do Extreme or Endurance races you can pick 1 - 4 drivers depending on the event.
then the crew chief will swap over a driver automaticly unless you over rule him.

You only need a Max of 4 for offline the other 2 can be put online for B-spec remote racing.
