Automatically cut throttle when upshifting

I am not new to Assetto Corsa, but I recently got it running on the Steamdeck. It runs really well

I notice that cars from https://thracing.de/ac-legends-gt-classics-by-bazza/ do not cut the throttle hen upshifting manually. I know this is how an manual transmission works. The KS 250 GTO does automatically cut of throttle while upshifting. Settings are the same. Is this something that this modding team set on their cars?
