THEME: Speedster502's words: "Selective colour. It'd would be up to the person entering of what they want to highlight, it may not be the whole car it might be a indicator or something else unique about the car. Or it could be...capturing action"

Quite a spread of votes so far. It doesn't surprise me actually, I found it very difficult to decide on the best shot. As it is, I went for LongbowX's shot as I enjoyed all the details, looking around and spotting another section of the image that had remained green. The image is a hive of activity, just like the subject.

If it were possible, I would also have voted for Syntax's, balang_479's and Milliethemutt's shots. They all have a lot of impact.

For me it was a toss up between MatskiMonk and TVR&Ferrari_Fan.

I thought the former was amazingly dramatic somehow - the road and the cloud, as well as all the levels bringing together a really great shot. Also the fact that the red lights were the only thing in colour almost showed that it is......kind of alive in the cold, dead (but dramatic) surroundings. I don't care how cheap the camera is, or if he meant it or not - I really like it.

The later was great too. I just loved the red thread on the Ferari headrest. I know its selective colouring and everything, but it comes off as accentuating the level of detail that goes into a Ferrari and indeed, any other high end car.

I voted former, but by George - t'was close.

Thanks very much hfs (and to MinoltaMan89 and Syntax error too) for the vote. I always liked that image but felt there was something wrong or missing. And I think the selective green cured it, whatever it was.

For me, it's split between TVR&F_F's and MatskiMonk's shot. Both utterly brilliant. TVR&F_F's simplicity, with MatskiMonk's dramatic scenery...

Awesome shots this week!

My vote went to 80Y 2C2 becasue the selective coloring of the red really screamed Ferrari... which I think would still show with or without the prancing horse badge on there. lol

The Selective colouring certainly works well with that shot. 👍

The prancing horse badge HAS to be on a Ferrari shot though.....its like compulsory or something. :P

Gotta say I liked the use of using color on the two teammates in the race HFS.

Thanks, and thanks for the vote 👍 I like the effect it has on the photo - although the full colour original was one of my better shots of the Legends too, shows off the close action to great effect.
