THEME: SPhilli911's words: "Abstract.

Take an abstract photo of a car. I want to see some shots that make me wonder what the car is. For example: a close-up shot of some air vents on the body of a classic Ferrari, or the curved, swooping lines of a Porsche 911."

None of these shots really make me wonder what part of the car it is (though I don't really know the cars themselves). However, this only shows how hard it is to get abstract shots, and I must say these are wonderful!

Voted for 80Y 2C2, for capturing one of the most abstract elements of a car, and having a beautiful high contrast composition to boot. Nice job! LongbowX's is similarly well thought out.

Why thankyou 👍.

I voted for SPilli911's GT3. Something terribly stormtrooper about it - and I love the lack of contrast in the shadows, but still kept in the badge.

After viewing all the pictures again I have to say that each of the entrants has captured their respective subject in an amazing way. It's a tough poll but I stick with my decision. Hopefully in the future I can get involved in these competitions.

Tough week. 80Y 2C2 get's my vote with the cool Porsche headlights. It only just made it in to first above SPhilli911 & LongbowX which I thought were particularly awesome shots as well.

It is rather difficult to shoot something unrecognizable, I agree. And thanks for the compliment.

I hope you do get involved, we could always use more entries. And...it's also quite fun. ^^ You would be a welcomed addition to the competition.

80Y's is siiiiick. And SPhilli's is very good as well. Also like TVR's vibrancy. And...thank you for the comment on mine, however I don't think it's that special. ^^;
