I see the GTR has finally made an appearance


Edit: this was a tough choice. I really love Cano's shot as well as the GTR shot so It was really hard to pick between the two.

I didn't think it would make an appearance either...well not until later this year anyway. But it was a combination of competitiveness and tiredness ( didn't want to edit a new shot ) that did me in.

But thanks guys.

Went for Cano's shot as well. Can't beat a hot rod, especially one as well photographed as that. Mean, moody, great perspective.

:0 crap, that GTR shot is win. It was a hard choice between you and Syntax's Silvia, but the Silvia needs... another background. It is tooooooo odddddd, to "natural" for that car. There is not a single indication of it being at a race track or something like that. It looks just odd, so out of place looking so mean and speed-ready... in the middle of the woods O_o

The formula noses are very intresting, that was also a strong runner. If the Porsche did not have a tree growing out of it it would have been strong too. And the first one, the indicator... thing, the one with the green lights in the background is pretty intresting also. Great work people.

If the Porsche did not have a tree growing out of it it would have been strong too.

This was the thing that bugged me about my shot, when I took it I didn't notice it (as I had to jiggle around the background anyway to avoid the heaps of spectators and other cars) but I failed to notice the tree.

I choose Cano's because it stood out better than the others. The Silvia just looks like it has way too much "street cred" to ever fit a nature scene.
