I reckon I'll spend endless hours trying to decide what to use, then ending up using something I'll regret. :D

I guess I'll enter then.

Lotus Exige
Modified Live, Cadwell Park, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom,

Canon EOS 350D

Yeah.. "open" is difficult.. without a theme you tend to think you have to enter the best photo you ever took... which is never easy to pick, so instead.. I entered one of the last photos I took, on the way back from BTCC at Brands Hatch I was bored in the car and was snapping all kinds of stuff.. just went with this because it looked good on my computer as a thumbnail :D

Mk II Golf GTi in Dartford Tunnel
October 2010

Ohh.. nice theme. I like that it's open for image editing. Shame I haven't had time to actually work on anything so I have to pull a file from my archives.

Hmmm...
That's a great shot and all but... I'm no expert but I think it could be even better with a longer shutter speed? The front end just looks fairly stationary.
Just my opinion (I could be talking out of my arse here!) and please don't take it as an insult! 👍

I think he had a fast shutter speed, but did the blur effect on the rear. I'm just saying what I see, again I don't want to talk bad either .

free-for-all competitions always bring out the crazy ones. Syntax, I think I already told you this but if you had popped a light at the front wheel of the S2000 that picture would have been perfect. I'd also loose the drain at the front of the car.

nice one too TVR.

Let's see if I can come up with something.

EDIT: Yup, I came up with something. Syntax will have a bit of night competition with an extract of my first ever night photoshoot:

1958 Chevrolet Pickup with bling-blong wheels
2 minutes from my house @ Mexico City, Mexico
september 12 2010
Canon T2i with 75-300, couple cars with their lights @ truck, flashes popped at wheels.

Chris has asked me to close both the competitions for him seeming he's a bit tied up at the moment (Not literally might I add).

So I here by declare this competition closed! Poll will be up shortly.
