im level 10 on b-spec havent don it much cuz its quite boring. looking for any simple tips on going through it faster, so far i have worked out that you need to tune up a car as much as possible because the driver sucks. also why do people talk about retiring drivers and whats the point of having more than one driver? is it for endurance?

also what does the personality difference actually affect in the game?

If you have good cars use them. Longer races allow up to 4 drivers per car although you don't need more than one really. There's an in-depth thread about personality somewhere here.

If your driver gets to about 500 races (after his Experience bar fills), his stats start to diminish.
