I have beaten it already. I just want a little more challenge then unleashing B Spec with an X! and walking away.
Curently, my Furia is tearing Indy up with a Like The Wind Tune. I know if a car can beat Like the Wind, they should have no issue with Dream Car. But there are cars that can't win like Like The Wind but can win Dream Car.
The biggest competition in Dream Car is the Jag XJ-9 LM. If you are lucky enough not to have it in the field, the next car you have to beat is the Zonda LM. Those are two cars you have to beat.
I have beat most of the series with the Nomad Diablo. Surprisingly on Racing Hard tires on the last race, 3 laps on Nurburgring 24 hour (includes the short track), the car ran out of thread on the last lap 2/3 the way through and came in 10th. I saw surprisingly because when I did the Nurburgring 4 hour endurance race with the GT Citroen, Racing Soft on the back lasted 4 laps. But anyway, it should handle most of the other races, after doing the max upgrades and not much else. The XJ-9 was in the race.
I beat it with the F1 McLaren Stealth. I bought all upgrades it didn't come with and pretty much beat it with the default settings. I may have just lowered the suspension a tad. The XJ-9 was in the field.
I beat it handily with the ZR1 RM.
The Ford GT LM Spec II wins no issue.
These are the cars I would like to see tuned and able to win. Share if you have done it with any of these.
I have the Fairlady LM Conceprt. I think I can beat it but it needs tuning. This is after buying everything it didn't come with.
Viper ACR with over 1000 hp. It falls back on the turns at Indy.
McLaren F1 - slows on turns too much
Lister Storm- Falls back
And if anyone can get the S2000 LM to win, wow.
And the GT Citroen Race car. You win this car by winning the race. But I can't get it to win the race. Love a tune for this car.
