B-spec driver hit level 5 now depressed?

My B-spec driver just hit level 5 and now he has an orange arrow beside him. all his stats leveled up: Strength, Mental Strength,etc.

It was a 5 or 6 lap race at Cote d Azur and I did kind of use a lot of commands to push him to overtake the car in first place.

So does the arrow automatically go back to blue or green? I did around 15 A-spec races afterwards and the arrow is still orange.

It will go back to Blue/Green eventually, no need to worry.

It changes automatically. Don't worry about it eventually it will change to Green, or Blue, and at other times it will change back to Orange.
