B-Spec Endurance??????

When doing an endurance race on B-Spec, how do you get it so that your driver pits on his own when he needs to so that you can go out, or sleep while the race is being done. I find that when I turn on the pit option, he pits every lap, and when I don't turn it on he never pits, someone please help me out here. Thanks

if hes low on gas or tires he should pit automaticly

With the pit button turned on, or off?

It will turn on itself, when the tires is red, or you run out of fuel
