B-Spec Supercar Festival

Ok, So I am having a problem with this race. I have 3 level 11-13 drivers; 1 cold heart (fully); One just cold hearted; and one hot-head (fully).
None of them can complete this in a mostly upgraded Tommy Kaira XX-II '00 which I found in the UCD by chance. I managed to win on a-spec against zondas, veryons and DB-9s, but the b-spec drivers don't use enough force to overtake.
Can someone recommend a way to make this car do it or another car that will do it (and it's upgrades) and keep the price as low as possible please.

This is a bit costly, but I recommend the Ferrari 458 with fully customizable suspension, the best upgrades in drivetrain, and the best set of tires you can use in the supercar event. Cost is about 320,000 dollars and helped me get the wins. Hope this helps you and welcome to GTPlanet.

Thank you very much, I will save up money for this and maybe use some of it to add another car to my Lotus collection (yes I collect them, paint them, then fully upgrade them). I collect them because:
1. Their British (Like me)
2. Not to expensive.
3. They are good looking.
