Bad Gas Mileage Cars?

There are some high-end cars I would like to buy and tune for the WTC 800 and 700 races but can't really afford to waste 1M credits on a bad car. Many of the invite cars have big V12 engines and I worry that I'll pick a car that can only do 3 laps on any track even at fuel 6. Are there any to avoid?

There are a lot of cars in the game so we can't address then all, but generally, all road cars will have terrible gas mileage compared to race cars at around the same range. Heavier cars will use more gas. However, by far, the most important factor will be the amount of hp. After that, it's just details of each individual cars.
