I would say don’t bother. There are exceeded competitions for the number of entrants evolved.
Do you think there is logic in creating a competition, when there are some closing such has the CCCL and the drift that can also be a theme for the more general competitions like the PMC, the 2.0 and the Un-edited, to perhaps save them from the lack of entries. I prefer to see three competitions with two handfuls of entries than five or six with little to none.
But, if this goes ahead, I say please, do not close the CCCL and the drift, because there is no logic in closing those when there are others competitions being created and/or revived.
I think it is really funny that some people voted yes and they won’t even be entering or don’t even enter in some of the competitions…I would really prefer that those people wouldn’t even vote.
I know I may be sounding a little rude and/or radical but the truth is, we are not going to attract more people into the Photomode scene. The game has almost 4 years, there is prologue on the leash (without Photomode, yet), there are other games much more interesting than the old GT4, so it is hard to attract much more people into the Photomode, that we have now. And really, creating another competition where there is lack of people, knowing that it is doubtful that it will attract more people, it’s a waste of time. Really, I advise you to wait for GT5’s Photomode. That would be a more logical/clever/intelligent though.
