Ok, now that I got your attention...

This will be my gallery, I hope to update it as often as possible.

Here's the 1st one, I'm currently working on a couple more.

Please leave your comments, if you like it that's great, if you don't please say what's wrong and how can I improve.

Thanks.

Toyota Supra @ Opera Paris

EDIT: Thanks for the tip, greycap - done.

Good: The angle, the reflections, the composition, the borders, the signature...

Bad: THE SIZE. Use the thumbnails or at least make the shots around 750px wide, it makes viewing your gallery a lot more pleasant! 👍

Very nice shot, I agree with Greycap, very nice border and sig. Do you have PS or GIMP or anything?

I just realized I don't know how to do a multiple quote, how do I do it?

you just press quote, and then copy and paste, then go back, then press quote on the next thread, and paste the one you just did so that way you get the first and second reply you wanna quote. repeat the same with the other ones until you get them all.

Or you just click the little
multiquote_off.gif
next to the Quote button on the posts you want to quote, then click the Quote button. That way it saves you copy and pasting everything. :)

Not bad for your first shot. Looking forward to seeing more. 👍

Finalmente tens a tua galeria!!:)
I think that the Supra is quite good, and U really got talent to make great shots. If U keep up this pace, U can become one of the betters in no time. +rep to this update my friend. More please:tup:

P.S- Try to bring some beer next time:)

Thanks for the comment. :) I used some font I downloaded about 2 years back, I love it. I'm using PS CS2 since Monday, had to upgrade My OS to get it running, and this was the 1st pic I did using it, still getting used to it.

Nice angle and good choice of saturation and colour are the big pluses of your first shot in your gallery. 👍

Good luck!

Thank you, It's hard for me to get colors the way I want, because when I get to work (don't have net at home) and watch it, some colors aren't as they looked at home, but this one didn't change much.

sweet shot, lookin pretty good
off topic, WHERES THE FREE BEER????!?!

Glad you liked it! :)

Now, about the beer... huummm... If you like Portuguese beer, I can try and e-mail a few cans to you. :D

that looks good beer! awesome work!

Thanks, man! 👍 I'll try to at least maintain some quality, and improve where I can.

Nice shot, good to see you finally made a gallery :)

Yeah, it's about time. I just wanted to start one when I got CS2 up and running, so I didn't wait much after I got it.

É, tava demorado mas já me sentia mal de não ter também uma. :scared:

I don't know about the talent to get up to the level of some of the guys around here, but I'll try to improve in all aspects.
Thanks a lot for the +rep, if you think it's worth it, who am I to disagree? :sly:

About the beer, I can fed-ex it to you, (you're much closer), just state your favorite brand and how much you handle. 👍

Thanks everyone for coming here and leaving your comments. 👍 👍

thanks, GT4SD. :)

Here's an update. I know it's kinda lame, but I'll finish a new one tonight and post it tomorrow, it's being tough to get it right.

These are two comp entries. The 1st one took about 20hrs to get done, and I was seriously thinking not to post it, since it still looks unfinished to me. Apart from the BG being too light.

The 2nd one is the 'Evil' I saw the minute I read what the theme was.

btw, can anyone tell me how to make a link in sig for my gallery?
and how to change the title that shows on the forum?

Nice pictures 👍

And you can make a link in your sig by using the hyperlink-thingy (the earth symbol, when you write a message)

And you can modify the title, by modifying your first post in this thread.

Those 2 pictures are really worth a look. The 2nd one is just evil. Love the blur and the cleanness of the car. Just great! 👍

Thanks for your positive comments, people! Really appreciate them. 👍

Now, as promised, the update.

CHAPARRAL 2D speeding at Le Mans

It took a while to finish, but I'm pleased it turned out almost as I had imagined it. Still learning a lot by trial and error, though...

Say what you guys think of it, and point where did I screw up and how to improve.

And the 'noise' version, following Rayquaza's advice - thanks, Ray :)

Click on the small thumbnail, I think it's worth to see it enlarged.

That's pretty sick. Sweet coloring and blur. Maybe you should have put the noise on the entire picture, it would make the car more realistic. But not too much, very awesome shot!

Thanks for your comment, Ray!
I'll try to add the noise to the car when I go home to lunch, and post both versions short after.

awesome!! i dont like that car very much, but that photo makes it all great!!
good job on the blur as well. great work!! free beers for you on this one! well, ok. how about a plus rep instead :D

U are improving real fast, just like the Chaparral, what a great "speed" shot. Keep experiment more in PS, U will keep doing even more great shots.
This update is incredible. Congrats:)

Yeah, it looks sweet with the noise! Maybe 1 thingy less but it definatly looks awesome 👍

Thank you very much for your comment, happy you like how the blur came out. I might try to keep the sky still next time I do a shot like this, just to see how it comes out, I think it's be more natural.
And really appreciate the + rep! 👍

Yeah, I feel that I'm learning a bit every time I try something, and that makes me want to get better with each shot I work on. Feels good to know you liked it so much. :)

Once, more, thanks for the tip on the noise. I never thought of putting it on the car, since I always felt that it would fade the cleaning work I had done, but it didn't came out bad.
And you're right, it could have been a bit less, but like I said, it was my first time adding noise to a car. Trial and error, always... :indiff:

Hope to get a new update on Monday, nothing with blurred BG, just a 350Z on Grand Valley tunnel (the big curved one). It's half finished now, not looking bad... :)

Nice blur man! I like how it looks in this angle. But the car could use a little more cleanup. 👍 But anyway the blur is very well done. You're getting better very fast.
