I was just wondering what suspension settings is the best for the stiffest ride possible? By that I mean which settings regarding spring rate, dampers and anti roll bars is necesarry to adjust?

Springs, dampers, sways max.
Ride height min.

Hi and welcome, my thought are for you to try a neutral car like a Mazda Roadster add F/C(fully customization) suspension and tune it so it's as stiff as stiff can be then take it to Nurburgring..and see how it goes; then you'll learn stiff ain't like Top Gear says
