Just wondering why my fan page doesn't show anything even after I have registered? 🤔

This is more of a Gran Turismo website functionality question than a GT7 question, assuming you've clicked on what I think you've clicked on (Gran Turismo 7 My Page?)
Have you started the game yet? If not, there'll be nothing to show there.

Not so much, but the thread title could have been a bit more clear!
Can I confirm that you are logging into the Gran Turismo 7 My Page with the PSN account you use to play the game, rather than a different thing or with the wrong account? I'm quite confused that you say you "registered" for it, as it doesn't require registration; you just log in with the PSN account you use to play the game...

What I think may be the problem is my son used to play PS4 a lot and he had an account. I think I might need him to completely delete his account and then it will show up? What do you think? I am on that account with my email so I thought that would work .

Again, I'm not entirely following what you're doing, but no. If you log into the GT7 My Page with any account that plays the game you will see the page appropriate for that account - no matter how many accounts you have that play the game. I have four (or maybe five... I forget), and can log into GT7 My Page with each of them (after signing out from the previous one) without any issue.
It would be great if you could confirm that you are logging into the Gran Turismo 7 My Page with the PSN account you use to play the game, because I can't really offer any help unless I know what it is you're doing.

I deleted my son's account he doesn't have time to play it now. I will see what happens now.

Each account is tracked on its own, this is both for all stuff PSNetwork related as well as related to the specific game.
What matters for the login on https://www.gran-turismo.com/us/gt7/user/signin/ is using the same login credentials as on the console. It does seem to happen that people are having 2 similar email adresses and are using the wrong one (for example @googlemail.com /@gmail.com which maybe is setup to direct to the same email account but for any non google service would be 2 seperate accounts).
You can check the email adress that is used by your PSN account on the console "Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Sign-in ID" (navigation path copied from playstation.com) and then use the same login on the website.

I think the problem is when I started playing GT7 I was playing under my sons account. When I deleted his account (he had to go back to the Coast Guard Academy) I sat up my account. I think the problem is my sons email is still the main email if you will and I can't change it, I have tried and it says my email is already being used. So everything I had did on GT7 is under my sons email and still is. So when I log into the GT website under my email it has nothing because everything is under my sons email. I need to figure out how to delete his email and put everything under mine.

The problem I think I am having is I started doing GT7 under my son's account on the PS. Now everything I do is under his account. On the PS where you change the email addresses at still has my son's email. I tried to change it and add mine but it says mine is already in use. Somehow I need to start doing GT7 under my email instead of my son's and then it will show up on the GT website.

You need to set up a new profile on your console for your own account, using the email and password you used when you logged into the GT site.
As noted earlier, if you log into the GT7 My Page website with an account that hasn't actually played the game, it won't have anything to show you:

Just login on the console using your PSN account then?
As it seems it is already on the console, so all you need to do is start playing GT7 with a fresh experience.

I logged in to the GT web page just a minute ago and tried it under my sons account. It worked! So now I need to figure out how to create another account so I can use it under my email!
