These are the cars used by the American racing school program, Bertil Roos.
These babies have 150 Bhp, a 4-Speed manual transmission, a zero to sixty time of 4.2 seconds, and a top speed of 130 mph in the draft. These cars are used to teach people the very basics of formula racing all across the United States!

Are they also made by them?

Is "2000" the year or the Formula designation?

  • Yes;
  • The series was introduced in 1999, although I do not know if the cars were the same used in the current series.
Interesting suggestion, OP. Wouldn't mind having in Gran Turismo. We need more open-wheelers, and possibly not all of them being 800pp monsters!
