I haven't really thought about what cars are best with stock performance, but I would suggest possibly adding the Chevrolet Camaro SS '10 to the 500PP class and the SRT Viper SRT10 ACR '08 to the 580PP class. I probably would compare them to their competition first but from what I have driven, I think the Camaro performs better than the Charger or the Mustang.

I have thought about the Camaro and the E92 M3

Just to make it easier to build the list, which RX-7 are you talking about, they range from 389pp up to 466pp.
When I personally was doing it I used the premium models and then standard models and I think the premiuim efini is around 455PP

I'm in the dealers right now confirming my numbers and the Z4 is 420pp Z4 M is 469pp, the closest BMW to 450 is the M Coupe '98, which is standard.

Edit: Wrong Z4, my bad.

well sadly im not at dealer and I must have been thinking of GT5 version

I would say the Camaro Z28 '69 would be good for the 450pp range and the Ford Focus ST'13 for the 430pp range.

HERES WHAT I THINK

400PP Renault Clio R.S. '11 (P), Honda Civic Type R '97 (P)
430PP Nissan Skyline GT-R (R32) '89 (P)
450PP MazdaX-7 Efini '96 (P)
I am unsure which car you are referring to though, there are 2 efini RX-7 '96 cars and neither are premium, the Type RS '96 and Type RZ '96.

DECIDED TO TRY TO COMPARE WITH LAP TIMES INSTEAD OF JUST USING CARS CLOSE TO PP
the 530pp range is close between C7 VETTE & 07 GTR. vette has more straightline speed butt the GTR can take corners so much faster
