Best settings for the F1?

I just finally got done with Nurburgring and got my F1 and i am wondering what the best spec's are for it?

this was made by my friend at other gt4 forum (i can't advertize here)
this actually was for Black F1, but it's the same so you can use this for the regular one.

the negative comment on F1 is the tire wear. you can't change it. it's always racing medium.
