If you're looking to make the Viper acr run near real world times on the nurburgring then I believe this will help you greatly. We can probably all agree that the Viper has terrible understeer, this set up will fix that 100%. Your times will probably be a few seconds faster than the record time the real viper set but from watching the video of that run I think a couple seconds chould be shaved anyways. OK so here are my tunes for the viper
Ride Height -4/-2
srping rate 12.5/16
dampers ext 5/6
dampers comp 5/6
anti roll bars 3/4
camber 0.5/2.0
toe -0.10/0.40
Lsd 8/20/30
and the most important part of the set up is the tires this is what cures all that damn understeer
use sport soft tires in the front and sport medium tires in the rear
I also set the Hp limiter to 600Hp which is stock.
